Service Level Agreement


1. Agreement

Yuri Hosting strives to provide 99.99% network and system availability at all times. We understand the importance of having your website available all the time.
Yuri Hosting will issue an account credit to customers who have coverage within the limitations of this service level agreement.

2. Coverage

Coverage under the service level agreement is extended to any customer in good financial standing with Yuri Hosting.

3. Network Availability

Network availability is defined as any part of the network that is under the control or influence of Yuri Hosting or our data center. Network availability includes the
availability of access to services from the point of entry into the datacenter to the systems operated by Yuri Hosting.

4. System Availability

System availability is defined as any part of a system owned or operated by Yuri Hosting. System availability includes the availability of access to services on a
particular system.

5. Credit Request

Customers must request credit within thirty (30) days of the lack of availability. Requests not received within thirty (30) days of the lack of availability will not
be processed. Credits are issued as account credit and cannot be paid in cash at this point in time.

6. Credit Amount

Credits issued under this agreement will be in the amount of thirty days of service not to exceed the total base cost of all packages associated with the customer.
Addons are not eligible for a credit.

7. Limitations

Credits cannot be provided to you in the event that you have no availability resulting from:

  1. Scheduled maintenance (maintenance is scheduled at least seven days in advance)
  2. Circumstances beyond Yuri Hosting's reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage,
    embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party
    services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or
    equipment needed for the provision of your web site

On-line problems occur continuously. There might come a time when you cannot access your web site or any other Services. This is not necessarily
due to Yuri Hosting. Perhaps your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties, or there might be a routing problem between your ISP and Yuri Hosting,
making communication difficult or impossible. We cannot bear the responsibility of such problems. Our monitoring agents, in conjunction with the experience
of the majority of Yuri Hosting's customers, determine the uptime of our service, and not any one customer's experience.
